Mr. Nikhil Kumar Vats is a member of the firm’s corporate criminal litigation team. He practices in the areas of Code of Criminal Procedure and Indian Penal Code (Individual and Corporate Sectors) Over a period of time he has advised clients on structuring and trial strategies Apart from the above, Nikhil has also advised clients on day to day legal affairs of the company including but not limited to issues relating to criminal law, employment law, etc.
He has extensive experience in Indian criminal and commercial laws. He also assists clients in procuring various Government permissions/Licenses /approvals etc. and in approvals from various Government Bodies. Saransh has extensively worked in the High Court of New Delhi, the subordinate courts and service tribunals.
